Your driver collects you in our car. It has 7 seats, one for your driver and up to 6 for passengers, and the price for the whole car is fixed before you book.

Who drives you
Private driver in Madeira, based in Funchal
We drive you around the island on our tours or on a route of your own, and to the trailheads. With a tour booked, we also meet you at Madeira airport or at the cruise terminal on the Pontinha pier and take you to your hotel. Write to us in English, Portuguese or Russian, and we reply in the same language.
The details you send reach your driver before the pickup. By the time you meet at arrivals, on the pier or at your hotel, your driver knows your flight number, your children's ages or the time of your SIMplifica slot.

- Luggage Tell us what bags you're bringing and we confirm they fit before you book.
- Child seats Child seats are free, so tell us each child's age when you book and we fit the right seat.
If mountain roads make you nervous, tell us when you book. You can sit in the front, and on a day out you and your driver can pick a route with fewer narrow roads.
How booking works
Every booking is a request until we confirm your date. If we're already booked, we tell you within 60 minutes and suggest another time. For a flight, a trail slot or a ship, book ahead.
Two bookings on the same day can collide. If a late flight runs into our next booking, we tell you at once and agree the next step with you. We never pass your ride to anyone else without asking.
Check these limits before you book:
- The car takes up to 6 passengers.
- Luggage space is limited, so we check that your bags fit before we confirm each booking.
- Your driver can tell you about the places you pass but doesn't give a guided commentary or lead walks. For a guided hike, book with a hiking company.
- The car isn't a 4x4 and stays on paved roads. For off-road tracks, book a jeep tour.
- We don't speak German. We speak English, Portuguese and Russian, and booking in writing works in any language.
From your first message to payment

We reply within 60 minutes during messaging hours (07:00–22:00), and we answer overnight requests by 08:00.
- Messages during a ride

While your driver is on the road, WhatsApp sends an automatic reply and we answer at the next stop, so for a pickup before 08:00 please message us before 21:00 the day before.
- Who answers

Your driver answers your messages on WhatsApp and drives the car.
- The evening before

The evening before, by 20:00, we send the pickup time, the car's plate, your driver's photo and the meeting point.
- Payment

Once we confirm your date, we send a secure Revolut payment link for the full price, to pay within 24 hours by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, with no card fee, and we email you an invoice.
